Really good Service and Convenient Location!
polite staff delicious food complimentary toothbrush
The staff was very polite, helpful, and cute! The food provided was delicious with typical English breakfast options. I also appreciated the complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs at reception. The hotel provides Dove brand soap, shampoo, and shower gel. The shampoo left my hair soft!
The TV was simple and offered only basic TV channels.

The staff offered polite and helpful service, ensuring a smooth check-in process! They promptly addressed inquiries and provided assistance with directions. Their friendly attitude definitely enhanced the overall experience. They were always available!

The hotel provided good and tasty food with typical English breakfast options! Dinner is available on the first floor preferring to dine in. Vegetable curry with rice was available. A 24-hour McDonalds and gas station are conveniently located across the street.

The location is convenient with easy access to bus routes. Most destinations were accessible with one or two bus rides! Free and stable Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. The bus connectivity made exploring the area simple. Everything was reasonably close.

The front desk staff provided excellent service. They willingly shared their local knowledge (very useful information!). The room had a decent heating system. Breakfast included a great variety of options.

mixed feelings about this stay
broken aircon poor presentation
the location proved convenient (a short walk to the train station).
the air conditioning malfunctioned, so the room became hot. the supplied fan offered little relief. opening the windows did little to improve things, and it became very noisy overnight, poor presentation and quality of the breakfast was not good.
